West Down village is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.  The small friendly village has a well-stocked Village Store, selling locally produced organic food.  The local pub, The Crown Inn, serves Camra Real Ales and good family pub food.  Enjoy morning coffee, lunch or a Cream Tea in the new village Tea Room and garden.

The village is ideally placed for visiting the glorious sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Putsborough or Croyde.  Exmoor National Park is within easy driving distance.  The North Devon Coastal Footpath and nearby Tarka Trail are ideal for walkers and cyclists.
